A full gut renovation of a 5,000+ sq ft Victorian townhouse, keeping its original cornice and entry while rebuilding everything behind them. Whole-home lighting control, centralized AV and acoustic separation are being planned in from the studs, not added later.
02 · Coogee, Sydney · Owned & operated
A mixed-use building of eight apartments over two retail tenancies, a short walk from Coogee Beach. Two-level layouts with double-height ceilings, skylights and generous balconies, held and run as a long-term investment.

Lighting, networking and sound are decided before the walls close, so the finished home is quieter, cleaner and easier to live in.

We hold what we build. Our homes are lived in and hosted, so we design for the long run, not the listing photo.
